I always like the month of February because it is a short month and it is extremely good for the salaried staff since they can get their pay check earlier than normal months. ;) Not bad, huh.
Besides that, usually we will have Chinese Lunar New Year that will also coincide within this month which means we have public holidays to rest without the need to report to work. HaHa.

To me, this time of the year is always romantic and full of hopes. I'm particularly attracted to put on the valentine makeup. Try especially the pink or plum this season. This coincides with major brands of promoting their "cherry blossom"- pink (theme) series.
Look at her soft sweet lips lilacs (lavender) color. You can coupled that with smoky pink/ brown or plum eyeshadow. For blusher, you may cool pink cheek color. Or if not, try the pearlescent kind of effects for the applications on eyelids or cheekbones like below. I like this shimmery look.
